MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
What is the monthly cost?
You decide how much you want to spend each month by making your selection of lashes from our collection series.
What lashes will I get each month?
You decide which styles you want to receive. If you have a subscription account with us, please log in using the email address that was registered for your first order and log in.

You can swap the lashes for different styles or change how often you want them. You’re in full control!
Do I need to be on a subscription plan?
No you don’t, you can purchase our items as a one-time option. However, please note the benefits of being an active Unicorn when you subscribe. Exclusively for active members, we have a private Add-On Store will feature fan-favorites from current and past iconic DLC lashes at member-exclusive prices (Ie: $1 lashes!).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalty. Just email us at info@onedollarlashclub.com

Please keep in mind there is no way to reactivate a canceled account. If you would like to re-join the DLC family you will need to subscribe again, which, depending on the current demand, may place you on a waitlist.
How can I change the address on my account?
To update your address, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Visit https://www.onedollarlashclub.com
Step 2: Click "My Account / Login" and log in using your email address/password
Step 3: Click "Edit" under the address section
Step 4: Enter your new address information and click "Save"


If you have multiple addresses, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Visit https://www.onedollarlashclub.com/
Step 2: Click "My Account / Login" and log in using your email address/password
Step 3: Click "Add an Address" under the address section
Step 4: Enter your new address information and click "Save"
Step 5: Then click "Edit" on your subscription on the left side of your dashboard
Step 6: Select the new shipping address from the drop-down options
Step 7: Click "Change"

Always confirm that the "Ships to" section of your subscription details on the left side of your dashboard has the correct address. If it is correct, you are done and ready to be part of the Tribe of Unicorns!

**Keep in mind that every month, your package will ship to the address that is set as your shipping address as of the 1st of the month (12 am ET). Please remember to update your address before the first of the month to ensure your package is shipped to the correct address.

How do I change my subscription?
To change your subscription term, please follow the instructions below:


Visit https://www.onedollarlashclub.com
Click "My Account / Login" and log in using your email address and password
Click "Edit" on the subscription that you would like to edit on the left panel of your dashboard
Choose the subscription term that you would prefer in the "CHOOSE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION TERM" box Click "Change" to save your changes

The change will be applied on your next renewal date; be sure to change your subscription term prior to being billed

How do I change my lash style?
To change your subscription term, please follow the instructions below:

Visit https://www.onedollarlashclub.com
Click "My Account" and log in using your email address and password
Click on Subscription Swap/edit the lash styles you want to receive monthly.
How do I update credit card information?
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: On the left side click on ‘Billing Information’
Step 3: Under the section ‘Card on File’ click update card.
Step 4: Enter your card details After entering your card details click update card
Add-ons and VIP Add-ons
As an active Unicorn, you can now add on more beauty products at member-exclusive prices during the Add-On window, while supplies last.

To order:

1. Log in to your DLC subscription account
2. Click on "Shop" under the black menu bar and click on "Add-Ons". Note that Add-Ons can only be ordered during the Add-On window.
3. Browse Add-On items that include amazing beauty products from that month's choice and that month's box, so you can get more of what you love
4. Add items to your cart. You can order as many different Add-Ons as you like and the quantity per Add-On item may be limited to 1-3 per Unicorn (may differ per item). Note that your items are not secured until you checkout.
5. Pay for your Add-Ons.

After you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with what you added on. Since you are not able to see your Add-On orders in your DLC account, for now, refer back to your confirmation email.

Note that your items ship separately from your box and it may take 1-3 shipments to complete your Add-On order. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment and can expect to receive your item(s) within 5-10 business days after receiving your tracking email(s). Your order will not delay the shipping of your box.

First come, first serve. While supplies last. Items not secured until checkout.

Note: You need to be an active Unicorn to order Add-Ons. If you cancel your VIP account prior to receiving your Add-Ons, you will still receive the Add-Ons you have ordered.

How do I cancel any Add-On order?
All Add-On orders are final. Add-On orders cannot be canceled once placed and are non-refundable. Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for Add-On orders.

How many Add-ons can I Purchase?

You should receive your Add-On orders 5-10 business days after receiving your Add-On tracking email. Your Add-On orders will not delay the shipping of your monthly subscription box.

How can I change my payment information?
Change your payment info by following these easy steps:

Click the "My Account / Login" tab on the top right of the homepage
Log in using your email & password
Under the “Credit Card” section, click where it says “Edit”
Once you’ve filled out your new information, click save!

SHIPPING & RETURNS
How does shipping work?
USA Residents: $4.95 shipping or Free Shipping on all orders over $50

Canada Residents: $10-15 shipping or Free Shipping on all orders over $50

Rest of the World:$15 shipping or Free shipping over $100

Dispatch: All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 1-2 days

Shipping Time: Your order will arrive to most destinations within 5-7 business days

We’re currently shipping to the U.S. (including its territories, PO Boxes, APO, DPO, and FPO Boxes) and Canada (including its territories and Military locations).

In the U.S., DLC is currently sent through one shipping company (USPS). We’re constantly exploring options to get your package to you quicker and more efficiently.

Your package ships out between 5-10 business days after your bill date. We ship in batches and delivery times can vary each month. You’ll always receive a shipping and tracking email so you know when to expect your eagerly anticipated package. To get a delivery estimate, please see below:
  • Unicorns residing in the continental U.S. (48 bordering states) can expect an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. Unicorns in Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories can expect an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.

  • Unicorns residing in Canada and its territories can expect an additional 1-7 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery times for Alaska and Hawaii are usually a bit longer. Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana are unincorporated U.S. territories, so delivery times may be considerably longer.

  • *We are not responsible for forwarding fees, foreign transaction fees, or duty and other customs clearing expenses.
    When will I receive my package?
    Unicorns residing in the U.S. and Canada should expect their packages to normally ship out within 1-3 business days. Please do allow the full 3 business days to receive tracking information!

    Note: Due to the current COVID19 pandemic it might take a little longer than 1-3 business days for the shipment to arrive.
    My package is being returned to the sender, what do I do?
    If your tracking information reports that your package was returned to us due to a delivery issue, rest assured that our team is able to assist you! Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include:

    The email address associated with your account

    Your best address (we need to know where to ship your replacement to!)

    The name or month of the subscription you are missing
    What should I do if I haven't received my package although it has been reported as delivered?
    We understand that things happen, so don't worry! You are eligible for one replacement box per calendar year for a box that was reported as delivered but was unreceived. You have a 30-day window from the date the box was reported as delivered to contact our customer service team regarding a replacement package.*

    We will help you attempt to locate your box first and will ask you to do a little investigation. If you have already reached out to your local Post Office ad anyone that may have retrieved your box on your behalf, please be sure to include that information as well as the best possible shipping address in your email to prevent any additional delays in receiving your replacement.

    What methods of payments are accepted?
    We currently only accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) registered to a US or Canadian address.
    Unfortunately, we do not accept international cards and are unable to process transactions under a prepaid card.
    I just made my first order, what can I expect?
    Welcome to Dollar Lash Club!Whether you made your purchase as a one-time order or subscribed to our monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first package. Your first package will be the current month's order.

    Packages normally ship out within 1-3 business days from the date your payment was received and your tracking information will be sent via email within 48-72 business hours from the ship date.
